I thought this was appropriate.  Recently I have heard some conversations about things that can be stressful in life; moving, money, kids, jobs, depression, etc.  Life in general can be stressful, now I haven't been around as long as some but I will impart what I've learned.
Do the right thing, be honest, humble, kind, and work really hard for things you care and want most.  If we take all our energy that we focus on things that we can't control and focus that energy on the things we can control things will be get better.  Maybe not right away and some days will be harder than others, but continue to do the right things and work hard anyway.  When the day comes where don't think you can anymore, reach out for help, call a friend or family member, shoot a txt to them, just know that your not alone.

Life is not always easy and everyday doesn't doesn't go as planned, but wake up everyday and find something to be thankful for.  If we didn't have bad days it wouldn't make the good days so good. You all know I would be lying if I said my life was sunshine and rainbows all the time, but we must choose to see the good.  So take a deep breath look around and see how many "blue" items you can count! There is good all around us we just have to take a second to look for it.  Keep working hard and remember we are always here for you guys!
