There will be two open gym times available for today.

 

8am - 10am

&

4pm - 6pm

 

  Use this time to work on a skill or make up a workout that you missed earlier this week.  Specially if you decided not to come in because you saw there was Thrusters programmed this week.  Make sure you warm yourself up well and get a good workout in!

 

   There will be no Saturday class but Open Gym on Sunday will still happen. We will be back to a normal schedule next week. Sorry for any inconvenience.
