We will be holding our weekly CrossFit Open get together on Friday with the first heat starting at 5:30 pm. Feel free to bring some food and drinks to enjoy while we cheer everyone on! We are having the Jump Rope clinic on Saturday so, if you can't make it out on Friday night you can do the Open WOD Sunday during open gym. Good luck!
