1 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup instant oats

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons agave

3 ounces blueberries

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup egg whites

1 large egg

Dash cinnamon

2/3 cup almond milk

2 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Whisk egg

Melt butter

Combine oats, butter, eggs, egg whites, cinammon, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt, agave and mix well

After all ingredients are mixed, fold in blueberries

Portion in the muffin tin Recommended: use these silicone baking cups to prevent sticking
