INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup tahini

3 tbs. lemon juice

1 tbs. maple syrup

1 tbs. low sodium soy sauce

dash sesame oil

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

2 garlic cloves

pinch turmeric

tbs. hot water to thin out

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add hot water as needed to thin.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Pairs well with vegetables, brown rice, and tempeh or tofu
