So, I figured I give this a shot and post the workout the night before. I hope this works out well and people don't use this as an opportunity to see if it is a wod that would cater to their abilities. Remember, your weaknesses are the things you should be working on the most. See you ALL tomorrow.

3x50 m band sprints

15 minute AMRAP of:
50 Double Unders
20 Box Jumps (20"/16")
Max reps of Hang Power Snatches (115/75)

This was brutal!!! I did 28 Rx. That 115# is really heavy, especially after all of the DU’s and box jumps.Great job to everyone, and great job to Jenny on her first group class!!!

First time for everything for me. Having fun getting started. 32 at 75 with singles. Those freakin sprints killed me.

16 (might have been 26 … counting went bad) with 65#. Had a hard time not pausing on the HPS’s. Another good one, Nick!

26 with 65 lbs and finally got the rhythm of the DUs! Definitely a great workout with such awesome people!

34 with a 45 lb bar; combo of double unders and single unders and changed up the box jumps between 16 in and 20 in. Good workout!
