WOD:
10 minute AMRAP of:

1 Pledge Pushup
2 Box Jumps (24"/20")

This is a progressive workout. Multiply the round you are on by the reps above and do that number of reps for the round you are on. So, round 1 you do the above reps, round 2 you do 2 and 4, round 3 you do 3 and 6 and soon and so forth.
