This quote gave me the chills when I read it because this is what I am telling all of the new individuals that come in to join this awesome community. I ask everyone who comes in here to "commit" to what they want. CrossFit is not for people who want to "try it out for a month", it is for people who are committed to putting in the work to get the results they want. I am so lucky to have individuals who are in this state of mind here, and that the athletes in our community understand this. We will continue to welcome individuals who have this same hard-charging attitude, and show the ones that don't yet have it why they will in the near future.
