CrossFit Temecula-Another Monday!!!

So, today marks the start of our journey towards the wonderful clean and jerk. I can't wait for all of you to learn this movement through and through. It is so much fun and it will really show you how much power your body can produce.

CrossFit Temecula-Squats, Squats, and more Squats
This is a video I found on youtube, courtesy of crossfit.com, that shows some good stuff on the air squat. I don't agree that the athletes that are moving really fast in the beginning and towards the end have a good air squat. Instead of me telling you why, why don't you all chime in and tell me what you think.
