    Strength: Got up to 220lbs on my last set of 5

    Shauna and Lauren you ladies are awesome! Pushing through the pain with ripped hands to finish. Phil and I did the workout ANGIE the day before so I was feeling every pullup and squat haha.

  2. I tried these grips on at the CrossFit Games and have been meaning to order a pair to give them a try. I like that are not a full glove, but more like gymnasics grips. Check them out:
