Outside dynamic warmup

Strength/Skill:
4 Handstand Pushups on the minute, every minute for 8 minutes

WOD:
50 Ft. Overhead Walking Lunge w/ one arm and the KB you are using for the the workout
5/5 KB Snatch (35/53)
20 Toes-to-Bar
30 Russian KB Swings
