These classes are scheduled as one-on-one sessions allowing for an enviroment that is fully dedicated to your advancement with the 9 Fundamental Movements. These movements are broken down into 3 different classes consisting of squats, presses, and lifts. We will also spend time learning a about CrossFit, nutrition, and fitness in general. These classes are essential for any individual to be as successful as possible in a CrossFit gym.
Because these are one-on-one classes they are a total of $99 for all three classes.
