CrossFit Temecula-Squats, Squats, and more Squats
This is a video I found on youtube, courtesy of crossfit.com, that shows some good stuff on the air squat. I don't agree that the athletes that are moving really fast in the beginning and towards the end haveĀ a good air squat. Instead of me telling you why, why don't you all chime in and tell me what you think.
Warmup:
2 rounds of:
400 meter run
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
WOD:
100 Squats
75 Pushups
100 Squats
50 V-Sits
100 Squats
25 Handstand Pushups

Wow, some of those “advanced” techniques were “special”.

Isn’t that funny? Some of those completely define sacrificing technique for intensity. I’m not a big fan of that.

Ya…when they are moving really fast it looks like they don’t have good control.
