CrossFit Temecula-Saturday

Another fun Saturday in the box. It was a hard workout, a mental grinder. It was the kind of workout where you find yourself, about 5 rounds in, saying, "Do I really have 5 rounds left?" Still, you all pushed through the pain and, once again, had a smile as you walked out of the box. Good job everyone!!!

Warmup:
Dynamic warmup w/ some active stretches and some sprints

Mini double-under clinic

3 Man-makers
9 Pullups
15 Tuck-Jumps
50 meter sprint
