50 ft. overhead walking lunges (45/25 bumper)
30 KB Swings (53/35)
20 Abmat Situps
10 T-stabilization Pushups

Cooldown:
1 minute of the following, consectutively:
Front Plank
Right Side Plank
Left Side Plank
Flutter Kicks
