Welcome David, Tim, and Jenna!!!

 

Congratulations to David, Tim, and Jenna from CrossFit Temecula for finishing up elements last night. They will be joining the rest of us in the group classes from here on out. All three of them improved leaps and bounds in the five elements classes and I can only imagine how far they will go with their fitness journey at CrossFit Temecula. I'm really excited for you three, as I am for all of the athletes here!!!

Shaunna, congratulations and welcome to CrossFit Temecula!!!

We wanted to recognize Shaunna for her completion of the elements classes and moving on to group classes (which we are diligently working on making it a GROUP class). Thanks for hanging in there with yourself when you thought you wouldn't get some of the movements down. Good Job and welcome to CrossFit Temcula!!!

Nice Thursday Benchmark

Mike in his third round of a no-joke test of not only physical condition, but mental toughness as well. Mental toughness is one of the first changes we, at CrossFit Temecula, see in an individual. And, it isbecause of workouts like this change happens.

Warm-up:

Sprints and Dynamic Stretching

Strength/Skill:

5x3 Deadlift

WOD:

Helen-3 rounds for time of 400 meter run, 21 kettlebell swings, and 12 pullups. Rx weight for men is 53 lb. and for women 35 lb.
